Every 4Yachts Bosun’s Chair is sewn from two layers of ultra-durable Cordura, sandwiching a layer of soft PE foam. This specialized padding provides essential comfort during those necessary longer stays on the mast of a sailing yacht, preventing the fatigue often associated with standard rigging gear.

Safety is the core of the 4Yachts philosophy. The chair features:
- Working Load: To maintain our high safety standards, we recommend a maximum working load of 200 kg.
- Suspension: Two textile carrying straps, each with a strength of 1500 kg.
- Hardware: A high-grade AISI 316 stainless steel hook with a strength exceeding 4000 kg.
- Breaking Strength: Tested to reach 3000 kg in controlled conditions.
