Products shipped in cardboard boxes
- Products packed in cardboard boxes, are shipped by courier within 1 business day from the date of receipt of payment. We will start processing your order once your payment has been verified.
- We only deliver to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If we take the ordered product to your old or incorrect address and return it intact and in its original condition, we will only refund the cost of the product.
- We do not send to PO / APO / FPO boxes.
- All prices for EU customers who buy products in our store include EU VAT tax, as for individual customers (consumers). If you represent a company, please set your VAT EU number during checkout, VAT rate will recalculated to 0%.
- For customers from UK, and USA, delivery terms: Incoterms DDP. This means that all customs and tax fees are included in the product price and you no longer pay any additional fees upon delivery.
- For customers from outside the EU, USA, and UK delivery terms: Incoterms DDU. This means that upon delivery you will likely have to pay the equivalent of import VAT in your country, as well as any customs duties if there is a duty in your country on the products you order from us. - Non-EU customer. Remember that you are not obliged to use an additional service of courier companies such as Disbursement Fee. If you are contacted by a courier company with information about customs fees, ask them if you do not want additional fees for the Disbursement Fee, then inform them that you do not want to use it, you will send the transfer to the Customs Office in your country yourself, and that they are to provide you with data to make this bank transfer. - All shipments outside the EU pass the customs procedure through customs agencies of courier companies such as FedEx or TNT. The customer does not have to deal with the formalities related to importing to his country. Everything is provided by the courier company, which makes buying products in our store very easy. - Products manufactured for the individual order of the consumer are not refundable.
- Serially produced and distributed products, after being ordered by the Consumer, may be returned by the Consumer within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Purchase Regulations.
- The delivery time depends on the location and the choice of delivery method (standard or express). Information on delivery times can be found on the websites of TNT and FedEx carriers.
- for Standard international delivery we use FedEx International Economy, or FedEx International Connect Plus
- for Express international delivery we use FedEx International Priority.
- Returned products must not have any trace of using and they must be complete.
- All returned items will be tested before refunds are given.
- Products returned in damaged condition will not be accepted.
- Returns should be packed in shipping carton.
- For deliveries to Non-EU Countries during return we return the value of the product, we do not refund shipping costs and costs of return. Let us know if you want to return the product and provide a list of returned products, package dimensions and weight. We will send you a return label with the return cost.
- For deliveries to EU countries during return customer pays only for return shipping to the local pickup point of returns. Pickup points are available in the DE, FR, IT, ES, NL. The delivery time from the pickup point to us is up to 10 days and after that time we will be able to check the received items.

Products shipped on pallets
- The tanks, as well as elements and complete sets of yacht cradles for shipment are packed on pallets with dimensions of 120X100 cm.
- In order to secure products delivered for transport on pallets, the goods are attached to the pallet with tightening straps and additionally wrapped in stretch foil.
- The delivery of goods shipped on a pallet ends when it is unloaded at the location indicated by the customer. delivery address.
- Shipment of tanks and elements of yacht beds takes place within 2 weeks of receiving the order.
